Manic Manila

Manila is the capital of the Philippines. It is one of the oldest cities in the world, as well as the most densely populated city proper in the world as of 2018 (Wikipedia). Also Manila is a pretty crazy place. Could not decide if I love it or hate it while being there, but probably both :) Either way, many travellers skip the city and head directly to one of the islands. However, I think that this is a mistake and its very worthwhile to give the city a shot for a few days and soak it in in all its manic craziness. This film was shot during holy week, which may explain, why there is so little traffic for Manila. A film by Joerg Daiber.
