2.STORYBOARD

The designer positioned the element design in the hand-painted style, the characters are simple, intuitive and three-dimensional, the scene architecture is three-dimensional and visualized, and the operation of the mobile phone applet is visualized. This series of collocations make the animation effect the best. At the same time, the color scheme of the entire animation is dominated by blue with a strong sense of technology, with green and orange as embellishments, and the colors are rich and not monotonous.

设计师将元素设计定位于手绘风，人物简单、直观、立体，场景建筑体现立体化、形象化，手机小程序的操作可视化，这一系列的搭配让这个动画效果达到最佳。同时整个动画的配色方案以科技感十足的蓝色为主调，配以绿色与橙色为点缀，色彩丰富不单调。

开场引入大楼建设的延时动画，一个人站在路边望着大楼，角色一脸疑惑地摸着后脑勺，头上的icon来回拼凑，需要办理用电，开展工程建设，却不知从何做起。进入营业厅，客服拿着流程单逐一讲解，角色脑袋上出现乱码，画面转场来到外景，营业厅门口外面看见有人在办理业务，人物在画面中拿着流程单，摸摸后脑勺，表示看不懂。画面中飘出几张名片，后拉，出现主人公与名片上的人在沟通，主人公左看看右看看，摸了摸自己的后脑勺。人物在翻通讯录，很纠结。有几个工人在室外安装电箱，主人公的背影看着他们，并同时在叹气，时间一天天过去，日月轮换，人物逐渐沮丧。

左边的公司透过玻璃可以看见员工忙碌地工作，右边的公司透过玻璃没什么人，人物叹气，画面冒出：我太难了~。手机里是电力工程建设平台的界面，手指点击，镜头跟随相应场景。画面缩小至手机，镜头继续后拉，角色点赞。上镜手机处飞出线条，小球从画面处跳出，镜头跟随小球的跳动路径，依次出现客服、项目经理、设计师、财务人员、工程师。上面的人物全部缩小，收进这一镜主人公的手机里，表示手机中的一站式流程，左边是放大的手机屏幕，正在点选自己的需求，确认后进入估价界面。
